Returns Accepted
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is available for all eligible returns within the 7-day return window. To initiate a return and receive a return shipping label, please contact our customer service team at support@packright.ca. Upon approval, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is not due to the product being defective on arrival or our own error, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned merchandise. It will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes both the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs incurred (outside of approved return reasons).
