Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail contains the tracking number and the instruction of how to use the number. Please inform us by email to support@packright.ca if you have trouble tracking your order.
What is the delivery time?
The order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed and the payment is successfully processed. If for any reason the order cannot be shipped, we will contact you at the first time to resolve the problem.
Restocking Fee?
A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returned items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned merchandise. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the returned item is received and inspected.
Where can you ship to?
We currently are able to ship products to most areas within Canada. We do not ship any orders to P.O. boxes.
Can I return the product?
Yes, you can return any product. In order to complete the return, the item must be in the original packaging and in excellent condition purchased from packright within 7 days. All items can be returned once the package is opened unless the product is defective on arrival.

Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?
